Shippings & Returns


1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. The SATRADE site is geared to only release goods in stock, and shall notify you if your order has exceeded our stock on hand. In this unlikely case, please email or call us and we shall confirm our next stock shipment due date. For larger pallet or container orders we shall ask a securing deposit.

2. This website currently supports Worldwide shipping. Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax. All local freight costs will be shown as you proceed through the checkout process. Customers are able to request an alternate shipping quote should their country not be listed or if a different mode of shipment is desired.

3. We aim to dispatch purchases of stock products within two working days of receipt of payment in full. For larger pallet or container orders, please contact our sales staff.


1. No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.

2. Returns are at the purchasers expense, in new or saleable condition with the packaging and seals intact.

3. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.

4. If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of SATRADE, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight costs shall be covered by us.
